Yes a dress with an
attached mock vest sewed into the dress only at the shoulder seams; the
vest ties in the back that waist giving the vest a better look from the
front. The dress has two set in dropped pleats in the front and back of
the dress. There is no collar and only elbow length sleeves with a back
zipper. This is one of my favorites. You try it out with the fabric of you
choice and see if you don't like it.
